My Journey

"I want to help people find the silver lining. There's so much stress in the world right now, and sometimes it's hard to tell what's even real anymore."

I understand firsthand the weight of challenges that can feel overwhelming. My personal journey through disability has transformed into a mission of hope, understanding, and positive change.

Today, I channel my experiences into advocacy, crisis intervention, and motivational speaking. I offer short-term support designed to stabilize your situation and connect you with the resources you need - because sometimes we all need someone to help us see the love and support that's already around us.

"A crisis isn't just some huge event. It can be anything your coping tools can't handle anymore."

From advocating for accessible bathrooms in Cochrane schools to inspiring community change, I've learned that transformation happens when we share our stories and support each other. I welcome everyone - including LGBTQ2S+ individuals and anyone feeling overlooked - because we all have stories worth sharing.
